All products are packed and shipped directly from our watchshop in Finland to our customers around the globe.

We are partnered with DHL Express Home Delivery service for international shipping. Standard delivery times vary from 3 to 7 work days depending on the destination country. Holiday seasons may factor in delivery times.

Once your order is processed we will send a new email with DHL tracking number included. You can expect this within 48 hours from the initial order.

All you need to do is to get excited and wait for your doorbell to ring.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 60-days return policy for our products. Contact our support service at support@thtwatches.com and we will walk you through the return process for a full refund of your order.

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we can't refund products or any packages we receive without contacting us in advance.
